About Flagship Barbershop

Flagship Barbershop was built on a simple idea in the heart of San Diego’s Bay Park neighborhood: show up every day and do the work the right way. What began as a practical skill founder Joe Fernandes learned out of necessity eventually grew into a craft built on experience, discipline, and consistency. Over time, that hands-on approach developed into a dedication to traditional barbering and the value of a well-executed haircut.

Today, the focus remains the same, providing dependable, high-quality haircuts without shortcuts or unnecessary frills. Every service is grounded in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and respect for the client in the chair. From the first cut of the day to the last, the goal is to deliver the same level of care, precision, and consistency every time.
